The challenging site for this project included a steep approach with a narrow building pad, heavily influencing the footprint of the residence design. A screened sideload carport attaches to the home, sharing the same roof pitch throughout the residence. Alternating courtyards carve out voids in the bar shaped volume, rendering a dynamic flow through the building. Not built
