Elevating a portion of a flood damaged residence, the design sought to adapt the existing to its circumstances. The new living area stands on a steel frame integrated into the existing foundation and portions of the original residence were left at ground level, functioning as garage and studio space. Below the living area an expansive patio overlooks the creek below. Built 2017
