The Blanco River retreat design responds to flood dangers by elevating the living levels on a steel frame thereby allowing for covered outdoor flex space at ground level. Utilizing a small footprint, the three-story structure efficiently meets the program, while offering covered patios and views at all levels.  Under construction currently.
